Hiu Nam Lui emigrated from Hong Kong to the USA in 2007 and is a 
loving wife and mother of one. Growing up in rural China on a farm she is an avid gardener. Her love of food and living in multiple regions in China she is an accomplished chef of many Chinese cuisines.
